1.2. License

The following license covers this documentation, and the qtHaskell source code, except where otherwise indicated.

David Harley is the sole author of qtHaskell and its documentation, and qtHaskell is Copyright 2019, David Harley. All rights reserved.

QtHaskell is not release under the terms of any software license standards in common use.

It is intended that qtHaskell will be mostly free to download and use for all interested parties, but its use is stil subject to the following constraints:

  • The author of the software reserves the right to refuse further use of this software to any party at any time. That includes further use of already downloaded software and future releases thereof.

  • The author of the software may charge users who are making substantial use of the software in a commercial or governmental institution or any other context. The author will have the sole and final say as to what constitutes 'substantial use'. This will not normally extend to use of the software in small to medium size institutions.

  • Unauthorized forks and/or redistribution of this software are not allowed.
